Mineração Morro do Ipê prioritizes the hiring of new employees, service providers and suppliers that live in the region. Currently, about 85% of our workforce is from São Joaquim de Bicas, Brumadinho and Igarapé. We have the goal of maintaining at least 80% of our workforce with employees from these locations.
